Rockets built differently

Published on:
October 21st 2020

A planet of suppliers was available to us when the time came to decide who would manufacture our first rocket engine. The latest technology, materials, and discoveries beckoned on every corner of the globe. Finally, we chose GKN, a multinational aerospace components business of almost 60,000 employees. The choice was a combo of the best tools, deal, and staff for our needs.

GKN can trace its origins back to 1759 and the birth of the Industrial Revolution. Fast forward to 2020, and a new Manufacturing Revolution is upon us. One where the small join hands with the big, time shrinks from years to weeks, and the entire world is our machine park. Check out our chat about this exactly with GKN’s innovation blog.
